Return for a Store Credit Only

Unwashed, unworn and undamaged item(s) may be returned within 10 days of the date you received them.

Define Styles does not offer refunds. If your return is approved you will receive a store credit, which you can use towards a future purchase. Store credits do not expire.

• The value of the store credit does not include the original cost of shipping the item to you or the cost of return shipping.
• To be eligible for a store credit your returned item must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

Define Styles does not accept returns on these items

• Clearance or final sale
• Jewelry
• Bodysuits and undergarments

Return Process

• Items must be returned within 10 days of the date you received them, to the following address:

• Items must be not be washed, worn or damaged and have all original tags.
• The return item(s) must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
• You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning item(s). You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
• Once your return is received and inspected by Define Styles, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and if the return has been approved.
• If your return is approved, a store credit will be issued in 7 business days.
