Shipping Policy

Define Styles only ships within Canada.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped out of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

All orders are subject to product availability. If for some reason an item is not available, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Shipping Rates

With our competitive shipping rates, you can order as many items as you want without worrying about high shipping costs. In fact, with Define Styles the more you BUY the more you SAVE on shipping.

• $8.99 flat rate shipping on all orders under $120

Shipping and Delivery Process

We want you to start enjoying your purchase as soon as possible. We will process and ship your order in 48 hours after your payment is authorized and verified. Please note that orders are shipped Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays or Holidays.

• You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped. If you have not received an email confirmation in 72 hours, please contact us at info@definestyles.com.
• Delivery Timeframes – We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel service for our free shipping and $8.99 flat rate shipping. Delivery timeframes for this service are 1 to 3 days (from date of shipment) for Alberta and up to 7 days (from date of shipment) for the rest of Canada.
• If your order has not been received within the expected timeframe please contact Canada Post with your tracking number for further information.
